Job content
As our Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day security/IT operations across cloud and end-user environments.
- Further design and operate our secure multi-account AWS Landing Zone, primarily using Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK (migration to IaC ongoing).
- Implement resilience for our service operation and DR including regular testing.
- Operate CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy in collaboration with development teams.
- Support our application stack (.NET Web API, Angular, WordPress, PowerShell, Python, R) with robust infra & security.
- Lead security operations and actively contribute to our ISO-27001 compliance journey.
- Support our efficiency roadmap through recommendations and implementations of the most suited solutions and processes to address the identified needs.
- Own end-user IT and end-point security: Google Workspaces and related end-user services, laptop provisioning, centralised management, email security, and access reviews (joiner-mover-leaver).

Profile & skills
Background & experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Native French or Dutch. Professional English;
Soft skills
- Clear communicator, collaborative, and comfortable taking responsibility/accountability.
- Pragmatic security mindset.
- Organized, curious, and solution-oriented.
Must-haves
- 4–8+ years in infrastructure/security with strong AWS experience.
- Proven Infrastructure as Code skills.
- Solid command of Linux and/or Windows, networking (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, routing), and scripting language (PowerShell/Python/Bash).
- Experience operating CI-CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy or similar tools.
- ISO 27001-inspired controls, GDPR awareness;
Nice-to-haves
- AWS certifications related to infrastructure and security
- Exposure to Azure and Google Cloud basics.
- Fintech/regulatory exposure.
